That's where TriMonTix comes in. It adds a dedicated manufacturing layer that works hand-in-hand with Sage Accounting Plus, creating a seamless, end-to-end platform for both production and finance.
How It Works
TriMonTix works alongside Sage Accounting Plus — Sage stays your source of truth for items, purchasing, receiving, and sales. TriMonTix adds the manufacturing engine on top.
Create & manage items in Sage
All products and raw materials are created and maintained in Sage.
TriMonTix syncs your Sage items
Quantities and item details flow into TriMonTix automatically. Because Sage UK has no units, TriMonTix lets you assign real‑world units (e.g., 1x milk → 1000 ml) for accurate recipes and scaling.
Choose a product to manufacture
Pick any Sage item and mark it as a manufactured product. Assign a Bill of Materials using the understandable units you defined.
Plan a production batch
Enter how many units you want to make. TriMonTix checks live Sage stock and instantly shows shortages.
Purchase shortages in Sage
Use the shortage report to raise purchase orders in Sage. Receiving stock and updating levels all stay in Sage — unchanged.
Manufacture in TriMonTix
Run the batch, consume materials, and record the build. Every movement is tracked with full accuracy and traceability.
🛒 Selling in Sage
Finished goods update Sage automatically — ready to sell as a single product. TriMonTix posts the completed product back into Sage as a proper stock item. This means you can finally sell one clean, finished product — not a list of ingredients on the invoice. You invoice, dispatch, and sell from Sage exactly as you always have — but now with true manufactured products.
Stocktake
TriMonTix gives you a proper stocktake screen — adjust all raw materials on a single page. Once confirmed, updates sync straight back to Sage.
